Croplands manufacture and supply quality spray equipment, components, and accessories. The company began in Wellington in 1972 and today has its operational base in Australia with a combined turnover of $60M. Croplands Spray Shop is the national parts distribution centre for New Zealand based in Hastings.

The assignment for Quest began with a strategic marketing review of the company and the output of a 3-year strategic direction and activity plan. Quest rebranded the business as Croplands Spray Shop and output a brand style guide, design templates and master files.

The next step was the development of a customised e-commerce website and loading of 300 products. In addition, high engagement video content was produced including customer testimonial videos and hero photography.

Quest’s ongoing search, social and content marketing support has resulted in Croplands Spray Shop achieving a 50% increase in revenue with customer research providing insight.
